Self-Awareness
Every time we meditate, we are training in awareness. But what does “awareness” actually mean?
Awareness is the state of being conscious of something.
Self-Awareness is a state of consciousness where you can ‘see’ or witness yourself as if you were looking at yourself from outside yourself.
By developing self-awareness and understanding your strengths and limitations, you open up opportunities that just aren’t available otherwise. It clears the clutter in your mind – and from there you can start to rise and flourish in your life.
