Do you have physical stores?
We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name. However, we do have several warehouses in Unites-States and China.
Is your website secure?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted.

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to Paypal, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

Orders

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
We are sorry that your product arrived damaged, accidents do rarely occur during shipment. Do not worry, please send us an email at support@mindfulwalls.com. We will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the damages with the email.
How do I cancel my order?
Please send us an email immediately at support@mindfulwalls.com. We will do our best to assist you solve the issue.
How can I change the size of the item(s) that I just ordered?
Just like cancellations, we will do our best to assist you solve the issue. To request size change, please email us at support@mindfulwalls.com with the subject “size change” so we can modify the size before it goes into production.
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.
How can I track my package?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the shipping company shipped your package. Your tracking will start showing information once it gets scanned by our shipping company. Please wait 2-4 days for it to show information.
I received one of my orders, where's the rest that I ordered?
If you ordered multiple items, the contents of the package might have exceeded the weight limit. The shipping company requires a maximum weight per package. If it exceeds their requirement, they send it back to us. To solve this, we split the package into 2 or 3 shipments. But don’t worry! We make sure to send you a tracking number for each package.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United-States.
What shipping methods do you use?
We have several warehouses in Unites-States and China. We use either USPS, DHL, UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Ground or FedEx for wall art, and several Chinese shipping methods for shortening shipping times.
How long is the processing time before my package is shipped?
****Covid-19 Update****
It is usually 2-5 business days for our artisans to craft and handmake your item to ensure they are perfect for our customers before sending the package to the shipping company to be shipped out.
- Some of the products are sent from our warehouses in China, and could take less time to process.
To request cancellation, please email us at support@mindfulwalls.com with the subject “cancel” so we can stop the production.
How long will it take to receive my package after it ships?

Once you order shipped, standard shipping will take: 5-18 business days.
*It is usually 5-8 business days.
How much does shipping cost? How can I qualify for free shipping?
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $80.

Rest of the orders are provided with Priority Insured Shipping that cost 4.99$ on all orders.
The Priority Insured Shipping Includes tracking number and Insurance for if your product is lost / damaged / or stolen.
